All new windows and doors we supply are spray-finished with the Teknos Microporous paint system before they leave the factory. Spray finishing in controlled conditions produces a significantly more consistent and durable result than site-applied brush painting - even by skilled decorators working on installed windows.
The Teknos Microporous system is a high-performance exterior wood coating that allows the timber to breathe - preventing moisture from becoming trapped within the wood, which is the primary cause of paint failure and timber decay on poorly finished windows.
Colour is confirmed at quote stage. We specify the RAL, NCS, or proprietary colour code on the order so the finish is exactly as agreed.
The full RAL Classic and RAL Design palette. RAL 9010, 9016, 7016, 6009 and all other standard codes.
All current F&B colours matched to their RAL or NCS equivalent for factory application. Shaded White, Blackened, Railings, Off-Black, and all others.
Full Little Greene colour range available. Period colours from their historical collection are a particular strength on sash window projects.
Any NCS reference code. Useful for projects where the architect or designer has specified in NCS rather than RAL or a paint brand.
