Most sash windows can be brought back to excellent working order without replacement. The typical problems - broken cords, seized pulleys, failed ironmongery, draughts, sticking sashes - are all repairable, and we price them to a fixed menu so you know the cost before we arrive.
We survey every property in person and tell you honestly what each window needs. We won't recommend replacement for windows that can be repaired, and we won't carry out unnecessary repairs.
Repairs are carried out by two-person teams with dust sheeting and extraction throughout. Properties are left clean at the end of each day.
